It's simple. After application all the applicants will be informed whether they are chosen or not. The chosen participants will receive more detailed information about the travel arrangements as well as information about the preparatory task they have to do before arriving. But don't worry; it's nice and creative!

 

Accommodation, meals and travel expenses from participants outside Finland are all covered by the organisers. Accommodation is organised in twin rooms (single room can be provided with extra fee). Participants should arrive in 23th September and leave in 29th September. However, if you're coming from Stockholm or Tallinn, it's possible to arrive in 24th September in the morning. If you wish to stay some extra days in Helsinki, that's fine, but the accomodation is covered only from 23th to 29th September. 

 

For the Finnish participants we have to ask a participation fee of 50€, which covers the maintenance of five days (program, lunch, coffee) and one dinner. Other costs such as travelling the participants have to pay by themselves.
